Do I need prior experience to join the course?

No prior experience is required. Our training is beginner-friendly and starts from the fundamentals of freight dispatching, including trucking terminology, how brokers and carriers work together, and how loads are booked.

What will I learn during dispatch training?

You will learn dispatch fundamentals, load board navigation, broker communication, rate negotiation, documentation such as carrier packets, rate confirmations and invoices, daily dispatch workflows, and business setup. See the full course overview.

What is the difference between Theory Training and Practical Training?

Theory Training covers complete theory modules, dispatch fundamentals, a load boards overview, broker communication basics, contracts and documentation. Practical Training includes everything in Theory Training plus live practical sessions, real load booking demonstrations, rate negotiation practice, DAT and Truckstop training and business setup guidance. Which software and load boards will I learn?

What do I need to take the training?

A reliable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer. The load boards and tools we teach are web-based, so you do not need special high-end hardware.

Is the training online?

Yes. All classes are available online, so you can learn from anywhere, including live practical sessions.

Do you provide a certificate?

Yes. Students receive a Certificate of Completion after successfully finishing the training program.

Will I get support after completing the course?

Yes. Both plans include lifetime access and help, and we provide ongoing guidance to answer questions as you apply what you learned.
